So Bloggers :) nice to see y'all again
Months and months ago ( well actually) like a few weeks ago I recieved a letter informing me that I had been entered in to the DesignED in Cornwall event at Falmouth University. I was pleased with this and just sort of brushed it aside as a "Completely Fair" type thing where people won either because A)no-one had ever thought of thier idea before, mainly because it was un-marketable and unreasonable OR B) The Child knew the judges and prizes were given out on an elite based system where you win because of who you know.
I arrived at the Bid event and it was packed full of kids and thier parents looking at outstanding work, all of which was amazing! Looking around I felt a rather sinking type feeling, another event which was so close yet so far, sigh.
I met up with some friends for the awards ceremony, lots of talking. Then the prizes :o I was stood next to my friend who literally was stood there fingers crossed almost red in the face begging God, Bhudda and anything else she could think of not to win? confused? she said that she didn't want to win as she would walk to the stage and trip or start crying, bless her.
And then they called my catergory "textiles and fashion" and my name was called! I stood there in shock.... and stood there .... and stood there. Until eventually I realised walking up to collect my prize would be a good idea. Bright red and feeling extremely shy I collected my prize. Photos were taken, I was interviewed and then looking at everything afterwards I still couldn't believe that out of all the projects in Cornwall I had won!
Anyway moving on....
Mozambique 5 days! I cannot wait. There is alot of stuff to fit in my suitcase and handluggae, 12 kg of stuff for the orphanage, roll mat, pillow, sleeping bag and all my things too. And I've done it almost :) If I'm honest I still cannot beleive we are going, it's not going to be real until we are on the plane. Night flights, both ways :( Night Flights are not my favourite thing because a) I always end up sitting by the person who should have really booked two seats rather than making me sleep pressed up against the window. b) the before mentioned person always snores very loudly c) I cant speak to ask for more seat space because, quiet is compulsory otherwise the grumpy person with the lazy eye gets angry and continues to give evils for the duration of the flight. d) sleep is difficult in a different bed, let alone above the cloud barrier of the earth, traveling extremely fast and sitting up wondering if I will live to see the end of the journey,
So more on Mozambique when I arrive home, If I make it through the flight, Joke, I hope.....

It's all over .... and beginning!
Hi all
I have finished school! last exam on tuesday how exciting. I was actually not that sad to go and only cried once in the leaving process, which actually resulted in hysterical laughter :)
So the summer begins...
In character, today i tidied my room and Pipkin's hutch etc. I thought a nice summer clean would be great for him as well as me who isn't too keen on the whole rabbit smell in my room. we then discorvered that i didn't like the noise of the hoover, it's a dyson but boy is it noisy. Midge then had great fun making me jump and pulling horrible faces to make me scared whilst hovering, such a lovely child she is....
I also recieved a package through the post, always an exciting experience for me, even if i have ordered it. But sadly I wasn't in so I had to go and pick it up. The same thing happened today, but I was in and they didn't even bother ringing the doorbell the cheek of it! so I will have to go and pick that up soon.
I finished watching the 3rd and 4th cycles of britain's next top model ♥ ! I did think Lucy looked like Danielle hope from somewhere over the rainbow and also sounded like her, so I looked up the surname of Lucy (Bennett). Turns out they're not related, as far as I could find, but stupid wikipedia ruined the end for me, so for the rest of the cycle i knew who won grrr. And I'm glad the person who won cycle 4 did, the deserved it. And 4th place runner up stuck up and fake even though she was a christian! Why are christians in T.V. shows always crazy and mental. I think god t.v. is the only one with sane ones on it!
Loving the sun :) moi et la midget gem sat in the garden today listening to music and talking great fun.
I have also been using a glycolic face peel and dermabrasion system to try and even out my skin tone, it's working really well, but it does look alot worse in the morning I think it might be the darker pigment coming to surface before being washed off in the day, maybe...
So to the new beginning part. I have begun a new diet, not the losey weight type but a get better type. I had some blood tests done, which hurt and bruised alot, and it came out that I had a high count of the milk antibodies in my blood, however apparently not severe enough to cause the reactions I have had to something. I am still staying off milk products and anything that includes dairy because my reaction might not have been an ige reaction and i would like to see if staying off dairy makes any difference.
Also and obviously college in september which I am very excited about.
Lastly Mozambique this summer!!!! Can't wait :) lots more on that soon.

cupboards, lifts and What?
So 2010 already guys, its come around so quick, actually at a pretty average speed, but that doesn't sound quite so good. So, most of you spent your New year Partying avec ton amis, I spent most of the first hours of mine in pyjamas, in a cupboard, pressed against the door, I can explain....
Basically for Newyear, I went to a Party, as you do. I got there met with mon amis and got in to pjs, hence the pyjamas. Next we played some games such as twister, quote the hasbo "she doesn't know left and right but her flexibility does make up for it" and ate stuff, which involved a conversation of me not being able to cut my pizza so i decided to fork it instead, some people only heard the latter part and then the old saying "spooning leads to Forking" popped up. Moving swiftly on, I did meet a rather cool person called Helen who is an albino black woman from Jamaica and she wants to be a nun, so she said.
Karaoke followed with not to disasterous consequences, I wasn't allowed to sing, they said I might harm myself but me thinks otherwise, it was then New year, everyone managed to count in time which was a suprise as we all had at least a whole glass of shloer each, i know its not alcoholic, im not stupid. All the cool people ran on to the street to see the fireworks, they were amazing, if all of them were like the 1 I saw, the tree was blocking my view.
Back inside and our favourite game, Hide and seek, for the first round we hid by the lift and got found quite quickly, the second round however...
The cupboard was the perfect place to hide, and another team also thought so, we ended up 5 of us in a cupboard and to make it seem like the door was locked we all leant against it, see I told you I could explain.
The next round we were going to go back to the cupbaord as we hadn't got found but we got followed, so instead I hid down the back of a sofa, smushed against another team member. After this game we played sardines, more people crushing into small spaces, my favourite, the hiding places chosen were in the small room leading to the lift, this was a very sensible choice as all 30 ish of us could fit, at a squeeze, the second choice however was not. Just think of it like this 10 people under a grand piano is a squeeze, so 30, lets not even go there.
Find the chocolate bar was the last game of the night, the person who hid the chocolate bars was giving out false clues and about halfway through I sat on the stairs, when my buddy (team name, not something I made up) asked me why I told them I didn't even want chocolate and by the time I had finished playing not even a bar of choc would revive me, I carried on playing, I didn't even get the choc, gutted.
Film time!!! Night of the museum 2!! Nothing could spoil this not even wanting to sleep, although whilst looking for my cup so i could get a drink I tipped a cup upside down and it spilt orange juice all over moi and mon beanbag, to solve this problem I sat in my sleeping bag instead.
After the film, i decided it would be a good idea to take my make-up off and do my teeth, before the next film started. Whilst taking off my make-up one of the boys walked in and told me my eye was swollen. The swollen eye had two main causes, no. 1 being punched in the face, twice by my four year old cousin, it was by mistake, she slipped whilst playing a game. no.2 I walked into a wooden pole whilst looking for chocolate, in hunt the choc. But its always nice to be told -_-.
At roughly 5am I dragged myself and my sleepin bag to a corner of the room, curled up in to a ball and tried to fall asleep. Counted sheep, no, rolled over, no, thought of the most boring thing ever, no, cleared my mind, no, in the end I got about 10 minutes sleep, Fabulous.
In the morning, most of the comments were wow you look tired, thanks guys, ITS COS I AM TIRED!! Got home 8:30 ish, put trackies and a hoodie on, grabbed a hot water bottle, straight to sleep. Get in :)
so i think you guys have had enuff of me rambling on, except I have made new years resolutions, get me and i'm going to try really hard to keep them and everything. Nuff now
